Custom-woven and custom-dyed 80s double-ply twill cotton fabric. The yarns are made using double-ply twisting technology, with alternating S/Z twist directions to enhance yarn strength. The yarn density reaches over 500T, achieving a lightweight fabric while maintaining a structured and crisp feel.
The red check lining uses Egyptian long-staple cotton, woven on a 21-gauge fine circular knitting machine, with a brushed surface to enhance skin-friendly touch. Computerized jacquard programming creates a 5-color Scottish check pattern. The colored yarns are dyed with reactive dyes, achieving a color fastness of 4-5 grades.
The chest appliqué embroidery uses Amann Serafil threads with 3D raised padding embroidery technique, with a 0.3mm thick hot-melt adhesive interlining attached to the bottom layer to ensure the pattern remains unchanged after washing.
Customized flat knitting rib: Woven on a 12-gauge German STOLL flat knitting machine, with a 1×1 rib structure combined with silicone oil softening treatment to ensure the fit and fatigue resistance of the cuffs/hem/collar.
This jacket undergoes 37 processes from yarn selection to final garment. Its technical complexity is reflected in the parametric reconstruction of the traditional Harrington silhouette, especially in the dynamic support of the twill fabric and the alignment accuracy of the lining check pattern, meeting luxury-level garment standards.
